Duct Heater

Duct heaters are designed for mounting in standard and custom air ducts.  Available in a multitude of power ratings and sizes.

The galvanized steel frame supports standard stainless steel 304 elements, minimizing corrosion from moisture and other contaminates.  Standard models are fitted with thermostat high temperature cutouts to prevent elements from overheating in low or no airflow situations.  The terminal enclosure protects the element terminations and is rated to IP55 protection.

Built in controls are also available with:

On/off contactor power control or proportional SCR power control.

Built in air flow switch to stop heater operation in low/no air flow. Temperature controllers can precisely measure either ambient or duct temperature.
