Industrial Furnace (50-1200C)
Jingang box furnaces are available in a wide variety of configurations and temperature ranges. The box furnace is ruggedly simple and conservative in design, which makes this type of furnace very versatile and trouble-free. These units are built with a heavy gage steel shell and low watt density heating elements along with lightweight ceramic fiber insulation making these furnaces and ovens suitable for any laboratory or industrial application. They are available in many configurations that include single zone or multiple zone heated chambers and temperature ranges up to 1010°C, 1204°C. Options include pneumatic door openers, view ports, sealed chamber with ports for atmosphere control, heated doors, automation, standard controls and PLC controls. Work can be loaded on shelf or on oven reinforced work space bottom. Designed for annealing, sintering, hardening and any other application where heating up to 1200C is required.
Cartridge Heater
This inserted heating element is used for metal parts heating. Our cartridge heaters are manufactured from OD3mm to OD30mm, making them suitable for applications in molds, dies, hot plates, sealing and fluid heating processes within the life science, aerospace, semiconductor, and F&B industries.
Our cartridge heaters use a nickel-chromium resistance wire in the core, which is precisely wound and centered within the unit to ensure even & efficient distribution of heat to the sheath. We use magnesium oxide as the insulating material in our cartridge heaters. The sheaths on these units are made of stainless steel to resist oxidation and corrosion, so that they can be used in various chemicals, heat and atmospheric conditions without fear of deterioration.

Inline Heater
Inline Circulation Heater
Circulation heaters provide a means to install electric heating with a minimal amount of time and labor. This is accomplished by combining heating elements, vessel, insulation, terminal enclosure, mounting brackets and inlet and outlet connections into a complete assembly.
Made from NSP screw plug and ANSI flange heater assemblies mated with a pressure vessel (tank), circulation heaters are designed to heat forced-circulation air, gases or liquids. Ideal for in-line operations, it direct fluids past heating elements, to deliver fast response and even heat distribution.
We can meet your circulation heater assembly needs with made-to-order units. Made-to-order units can be made from a wide range of heating element sheath materials, wattages, vessel sizes and materials, pressure ratings, terminal enclosures and controls.

Tubular/Finned Heater
Tubular/finned heater is constructed of highly-compacted magnesium oxide (MgO) based insulation, which conducts heat efficiently from the nickel chromium element wire to the sheath. 24mm wide SUS304 fins are attached to maximize surface contact allowing heat to transfer into the air faster. Lower sheath temperature and element life are maximized by this finned construction.
